The concept for Bakewell was born during travels through Europe, where the owners were inspired by the quality and charm of local coffee shops. Founded in 2024, our menu reflects simple, high-quality, scratch-made food and coffee, a true dedication to European bakery standards brought to the Greater Denver Area.
When we opened our first location in November 2024, our philosophy was clear: good quality food requires the best ingredients. From the start, we committed to using fresh, organic components and sourcing 70% of our ingredients locally. This focus remains the foundation of every pastry, sandwich, and house made syrup we create across all three locations.
